Getting Set Up at the Shop

We have just about gotten ready to open up the business. Of course they sent me up here for that express purpose and I have been hoping that we would be able to return to our home soon. However it seems as though no one has yet been found who is capable of assuming my position. In fact I suspect that the boss never intended to find anyone else and only said as much to keep me from getting antsy about the thing. Today we got the fleet of vans, each with navmans vehicle tracking system installed and we are getting ready to test out the system here at the Distribution Center. Of course I have been looking for guys with local experience to act as the dispatchers.

Useful Auto Insurance Tips For Your Auto Needs

Auto InsuranceIf you are completely new to the world of purchasing auto insurance, then you are probably thinking that some tips on how to best choose an auto policy will help you immensely. Listed below are some tips to get you started with the best approaches to getting a good auto policy.

Not many people know that taking a driver’s ed course can save them on their insurance. This is usually because most people who take driver’s ed do so out of a court mandate. Often times however, even someone who has not been mandated to take driver’s ed can take it, call their insurance company with the certification, and receive a discount on their policy.

Be sure to keep your car secure. Keeping your car garaged, having a security alarm system, using a locking device on your steering wheel, having a professionally installed tracking system and living in a safe neighborhood are just a few of the ways you can save some money on your car insurance. Be sure to ask your agent how you can get discounts on your insurance rates with good security measures.

Auto insurance for young drivers is very costly. You can save some money by choosing the right kind of car for your teenager to drive. If you allow your teen to drive the Mustang, prepare to pay through the roof. If, on the other hand, you restrict your teen to the most “beater”-like car you own, your premiums will be notably lower. You Should Comparison Shop For Your Auto Insurance

With so many types of automobile insurance out there, people can easily become confused about what type of coverage they need and which companies to choose overall. Before you purchase your insurance, read up on a few ways you can work to save money on any type of auto insurance premium.

Auto-Insurance 1.11

When shopping for the best price on auto insurance, do not inflate the worth of your vehicle. Claiming your vehicle to be worth more than it is will only increase the cost of your premiums. In the case of a total loss accident, you will only be paid the amount your vehicle was actually worth at the time of the damage.

Having multiple drivers on one insurance policy is a good way to save money, but having multiple drivers of one car is an even better way. Instead of opting for multiple automobiles, have your family make do with one car. Over the life of your policy, you can save hundreds of dollars by driving the same vehicle.

Keep your record clean! Your driving record is the main thing that insurance companies look at when deciding what to charge you. It is more important than the car you drive and your credit rating together. Even getting a simple speeding ticket can set your premiums higher, so keep your nose clean! Read more…

The Ins And Outs Of The Car Shopping Experience

Have you visited a car dealership in order to buy a new or used car and just wound up confused and agitated? Advice from those that have been there can really help you have a better experience. Keep reading to learn how to take the car-buying experience from dreaded to delightful!

Always bring a mechanic along when shopping for a new vehicle. Car dealers are notorious for selling lemons and you do not want to be their next victim. If you can not get a mechanic to look at cars with you, at least be sure that you have him look at your final choice before you buy it.

Rather than buying a brand-new car, purchase a lightly used one that is only a couple of years old. Many cars come with transferable warranties that last for three years or 36,000 miles. You will save a significant amount over buying new, and the warranty will give you peace of mind for the first year or so.

Find out about the different warranties that are available. You do not want to spend a couple thousand dollars on a warranty that is not going to cover the repairs that commonly occur. Instead, shop outside of the dealership to find one that will cover the repairs at a better price.

Absolutely refrain from paying the full asking price for any car. Dealers do not expect to receive full price anyhow. If you’re not a great negotiator, bring someone who is. You need to have an idea of the right price ahead of time. Read more…

I Got Her Hello Kitty Car Accessories

Hello Kitty Pirate (large)My sister’s birthday is coming up, and I have found the perfect gifts to give her. We usually go all out in buying gifts for each other, because we are both single so we have no one else buying us something that really matters to us. She can be hard to buy for though, which is why I was really happy to find some great and cute car accessories that I knew she would absolutely love. She has always been a huge fan of Hello Kitty so I knew that she would really enjoy the accessories I got her for her car.

The first thing I got her was a steering wheel cover, because she is always complaining about how hot or cold it is. I also got her a license plate frame, floor mats, and seat covers too.
